REALLY?..shocking that we don't have a plan for Covid-19 virus..a plan that includes New York City and Texas...and Beverly Hills and Detroit...and will take care of nursery schools and hospitals..and hand sanitizer and cruise ships..and The port of Los Angeles and NYC customs..and the banking system and the US military home and abroad...and put that super plan into a a legal document and get it legally approved and funded for a couple$$hundred billion.. and be damn sure to do that pronto, because these pesky humans tend to change things.....JEEZ what is taking SO LONG!!!...shocking...no wait..I think you said it best..."it’s terrifying".
